What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24 hour notice to cancel all appointments. Please be sure to contact us if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment with your medical doctor so that other patients in need of medical care can be seen. If you are an new patient and fail to show up for your appointment, we may not allow you to reschedule your appointment.
Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
All patients need to check with their insurance to see if a referral is required. New patients with TennCare will need to have their first appointment made through their primary care physician. We are currently accepting new patients.
Do I get reminded of my appointment?
Yes, you will receive a reminder call 2 days prior to your appointment through our automated reminder service. If it is necessary to cancel your appointment please be sure to press the appropriate prompt on the recording or call our office directly.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please make sure that you arrive to our office at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us time to input the necessary paperwork and insurance information into our system. To save time, you can also print the New Patient Forms located on our Helpful Forms page and bring them filled out to your appointment or you may fax them in advance.
We also will need your insurance card(s) and photo I.D.
Please arrive promptly, as a late arrival may be asked to reschedule. We make every attempt to keep our appointments on time as we know your time is as important as ours. Any co-pay, co-insurance or deductible will also be due at time of service. (please see our financial policy for additional information)
